We initially loved this community, but after just two months, we’re sick and tired of the constant noise. Possibly the worst apartment i have ever lived near; horrible and rude management, electrical, appliance, piping issues. Almost everything is sloppily painted over and i have found several signs of mold that the management refuses to address. The appliances are almost all used despite them saying they were "new". I found lint and stickers inside the clothes dryer. More wear and tear found on whatever else. We love the location and the well-maintained property, and the leasing staff, especially Alex, made our move-in great. However, constant noise—slamming doors, banging walls, and loud running, even late at night—has made it hard to live comfortably. At times, it’s so excessive that it wakes us up and shakes our unit, which is unbelievable. Management has been responsive, but the issue continues. We hope it improves because we want to fully enjoy living here.
I moved here several months ago and could not be happier with my apartment and the awesome management team here!! The few things I’ve needed fixed since moving in were taken care of promptly by professional maintenance people that made me feel very comfortable. Whenever I have had any kind of issue or disruption with other tenants I am very welcomed and well received by the management team.
