Wow, something new....Request answered within the next day, Luke came in diagnosed the dryer and immediately replaced with a brand new dryer and made sure the door opened on the proper side. He went way above the call of duty to make things right for us. Thank you Luke!!
I am very happy living at Lake Forest Apartments. The entire site is beautiful. the amenities and landscaping are such a pleasure. The Maintenance crew is professional and responsive. The Administration staff is very friendly and efficient. It has been a very pleasant experience.
We Just moved out after almost 3 years of living here. My son (3.5) and small dog have enjoyed many walks around the complex. Very well maintained landscaping. There are plenty of doggy bags and trash to easily keep the grounds tidy. Loved the pool in the summer! Alexandra was my go to person if I had any questions or concerns. She moved us in and out and both processes were smooth and easy. The management team and maintenance were very responsive and always fixed anything we needed in a timely manner.
