I moved here a couple of months ago and could not be happier with my apartment and the awesome management team here!! The few things I’ve needed fixed since moving in were taken care of promptly by professional maintenance people that made me feel very comfortable. My apartment isn’t one of the ‘upgraded’ units but is still very nice. Water pressure is great here as well. The grounds are kept nice and clean too. The staff are so amazing and welcoming! Alexandra was so sweet and took care of our family. She understood our situation and got us approved within 2 days. We move in tomorrow and are so excited to be at Lake Forest.
Beautiful community, great location, and our apartment is really cute. The biggest downside has been nuisance neighbors—between the noise and lingering odors, it can be tough to enjoy the space at times. Delilah really does try her best to address these issues, but unfortunately, some people just don’t seem to care about anyone else living around them.
