The leasing agent Carolyn was super amazing. getting into our new apartment was a breeze and great all around experience. even though we have a crazy schedule Carolyn found a way to make it super simple for first time leasers to get moved in ASAP!!

Drove from DFW to visit my daughter and my grandbaby. What I saw was horrifying. Dead bugs all over the hallway, ceiling hallway, stair railings, steps. around my daughters door. They keep the front area of my daughter's apt hallway semi clean from dead bugs but the back side of the entrance horrifies me to think my 3 yr old granddaughter can't even hold on to the staircase without dead bugs and spiderwebs around her. Best apartment complex in Atascocita! Management and maintenance are attentive, and quick to act upon requests or address issues. The grounds, pool and fitness center are well maintained. Conveniently located close to the lake, restaurants and shopping.
