I have tried for the past two weeks to get ahold of someone regarding multiple maintenance requests and a false charge on my rent. When I do get ahold of someone it is the central leasing office and they tell me that they will try to get ahold of the Westerville office and put it on high priority. BUT I still haven’t received a call or an email reply. My problems and concerns still have yet to be addressed or acknowledged by my personal property manager. Area ..close to everything!!
I have been here since 2013 in a Kensington Grove townhouse and I slowly watched it deteriorate. management is not doing anything about this private residential area because it is now flourishing with people operating their businesses from their homes! Who wants a car repair shop in their neighborhood with strange cars coming and going garage doors up cars on jacks and strangers coming in and out and taking up our parking spaces. the only thing they keep up with is your monthly rent payment! it keeps going up when you renew ... read more

Maintenance requests go unanswered. Maintenance has entered home multiple times without permission, had to get security cameras. Faulty plugs and outlets. Thin walls and unbalanced floors (constantly creak, can feel different levels in floor upstairs) Not worth the money
Maintenance requests go unanswered and apartment was empty for two weeks prior to our moving, but no attempt was made to make any repairs and none have been addressed. Love the office staff, but no follow-through by maintenance staff. Hire more workers or pay them more...the rent is high enough to afford good help!
