Bedbugs, roaches. My cat can't eat her food because of the roaches. Black mold in the bedrooms, living room around the tub and toilet. Complaints about people in our bldg smoking pot and nothing gets done about it, but if we put something on our balcony we get turned in and confronted. Insulation sucks. Heat goes out the patio door in the winter and comes in the patio in the summer. Owner wants to make the outside look pretty but doesn't care about the tenants. Sorry not sorry
Bed bug problems 😖
8-8-20: Dishwasher fixed. They called out another exterminator Thursday. Still cockroaches. 8-1-2020: Cockroach problem still not all the way remedied. I put in another service request and phone call. There is a new property manager starting Monday. I will update with further information. 7-27-20: I moved in July 10 to cockroaches. The covering property manager communicated to the maintenance individual to just spray Raid.She did not call an exterminator. It took me calling one and reminding her on the 13th to get one out.
