I recently brought my car in for service due to a tire pressure sensor issue, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I had an appointment and was helped by Luis, my service rep. He explained the issue and told me the repair would cost around $500. I specifically asked him to check my extended coverage, since I purchased my vehicle only a year ago, and he told me I did not have coverage because it expires after 60k miles. Absolutely horrible experience, brought my car in for a diagnosis of noise in rear end when in all wheel drive, they had the car for four hours then called me and said I need tires which I already knew the tech said he couldn’t hear the noise basically charged $215 for a drive around the block and no diagnosis, I have a set of tires going on next week and if I still have noise they will probably say another $215 for diagnosing, well it won’t be at lake ford!
