Fantastic experience buying our 2025 Bronco Sport at Lake Ford. They were very helpful and patient as we worked with our insurance and credit union. Our next new Ford will likely come from Lake.
UPDATE: after the owner of the dealership responded to this review I need to clarify for them that this electrical issue was NOT an intermittent problem! I also want to point out the owner of the dealership took the time to respond to this review but never attempted to actually contact me and discuss this horrible experience, once again pathetic customer service at best. Found out today that ford gold certified warranty period starts before you own the car... if you have a 2015 that you bought in 2017... warranty started in 15. Wtf... that wasn't explained for the taurus 2015 or explorer 2020 I bought. 8/2021 - 5 star service... awesome service department, brian, james, jesse ftwin.. honorable mention craig... hes always good too... actually the people at service are all awesome and so is the parts dudes.. We had a great car buying experience at Lake Ford. Everyone from the salesman, used car manager and finance personnel were wonderful to work with. They were professional and so friendly. We would definitely recommend Lake Ford to anyone who is thinking about a vehicle purchase.
