Made an appointment for a recall they picked up my vehicle and had it for a good part of the day and informed me the part had to be ordered thru ford and i would have to bring it back again. What a waste of time

From the following up and getting my perfect appointment time, to getting the exact car I wanted at an even BETTER PRICE than what I originally aimed for was like a dream come true!! My service advisor, Lucas, was so helpful when handling a recall on my Ecosport. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was updated on the status of my car throughout the time it was being fixed and I was always comfortable asking him questions when I had them. He even helped me put on a new set of windshield wipers! I will definitely be going back to Lucas when my car needs a tune up!
I had a great experience with all the different interactions I've had with the Lake Ford team. In 2022 I bought a CPO 2020 ford ranger and had all my work done with Lake Ford. They recently took care of a warrantied transmission, it was seamless, quick and with great communication. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Ford.
