It’s difficult to know how many stars to give this review, bc even though we felt we weren’t given the communication you’d expect when purchasing a vehicle online and mislead on the condition of the vehicle by our salesperson, Mike- we were quickly acknowledged by Ryan, the Sales Manager and our concerns were validated and addressed instantly. Lake ford is an AMAZING dealership. They work really hard to find you the right vehicle with the right deal. They are diligent but not pushy. And it went quicker than a usual visit up the dealer. Also, Alec focused on me and not me with 8 other clients.
