My move in was from Moravia Park Apts. to Lake Falls Apts. I believe the move in/transfer went over smoothly ,because Sabrina Phillips was actively there to provide all the information I needed. She took out time to keep in touch with me throughout the entire process. I like living at Lake Falls Apts. so far the neighborhood is extremely quiet and I love the way the apartments are set-up.
It was a really nice area and affordable price! I definitely enjoyed my stay here, but there’s a huge mice issue that was never resolved the whole time I was there. No matter how many times maintenance came, the mice never stopped and we always kept the place clean. I stayed about 1 1/2 years. Had no issues but that.
