Usually excellent but I agree about Loretta, impatient and cranky, I avoid her bus.
Most of the drivers are nice and respectful towards the riders on the bus. But you have one bus driver an older black lady Loretta, who is rude disrespectful mean and crude and she should be fired. She has had multiple complaints on her but you all still keep her. She needs to be fired ASAP!!!!
Drivers are super friendly, and if you're a regular tend to remember your name.
Not happy. Route detour no notice and bus driver is sitting 5 minutes at every stop. Ridiculous!
