The drivers are nice and very helpful. In 5 years never had any trouble.
I was trying to get to the emergency room quickly. as I turned the corner and got in the curb lane a LET bus cut in front of me leaving less than 4 feet between us. I had to slam on my brakes so as not to hit him. then he stradled the broken white line and continued to block me from going faster than him (15mph in a 30mph zone) I am so grateful my little girl didn't die! I called 3 times to report this. all 3 times I was hung up on!
0/10 do not trust!! Many people have complained about the terrible bus drivers and they ignore the complaints. Well today one hit my parents van! They merged into the side of them, then kept pushing them into oncoming traffic! Then the driver tried saying it was my dad’s fault! They REALLY need to re-teach or hire new drivers entirely.
Extremely courteous , helpful and caring drivers. Always a pleasure to ride LET. The buses are always very clean and comfortable. Punctuality is never an issue with LET. As a frequent rider , I thank LET for the superb service to our community.
