Really was a great event and very well planned out I’m honored to have taken part of it!
I bought my 2012 Fat Boy at Lake Erie HD. Mike gave me a great deal. Since then their service department has taken amazing care of me and my bike. I especially want to give a shout out to Vic who makes sure my bike is in safe riding condition. I highly recommend this dealership. Even if you bought your bike somewhere else you can be assured of great care and maintenance at Lake Erie HD.
My boyfriend and I are from Michigan, we came across this Harley Davidson on accident and had to go in and buy a poker chip to add to my dad's collection. We seen people outside and assumed it was open and it wasn't. When we were walking back to our car the workers kindly told us when they opened the next day. We told them we were leaving to go home that night and that we wanted a poker chip but maybe next time we were out that way we would stop in. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. They took super good care of me during the ladies weekender when my bike needed work. I was so impressed and thankful. They really went the extra mile with their customer service and I am so appreciative!
I wish someone would have briefed me on the difficulty level of the riders course. The convincing statement that is used stating "if you can ride a bike, you can ride a motorcycle" is very misleading. People should also be informed of the course completion average. My group finished with 60% remaining. Also, later in the week we were comparing bruises and pain levels in our hips. The area is way too cramped also. $300 for nothing. 😑
Great and knowledgeable staff! Nate and Bill always take care of me. There mechanics are top notch and I won’t go elsewhere when it’s time to buy a new sled!
