They owe me money from a cancellation of gap insurance since October Keep coming up with reasons not to pay me! I called the gap company and they refunded Lake Erie Harley

Hillary in Motorcloths was great! I came in and was only able to find one shirt that fit me. Hillary double checked the floor all the while asking for my preference in color, style, what designs i like/dont like on my tshirts. She knew there were some of my size in the stock area. So, she went back and brought out a great selection including a few from new stock not even on the salesfloor yet! They didn't pay off my trade in in full. Now I have to pay it off and pay for new one!! They like to take advantage of people and charged me 400$ to check fluids
Very friendly people had a buddy that had a catastrophic failure while on vacation they picked us up stayed open over an hour late just to get him rolling on a new bike at a very good price. Met a nice couple out in the parking lot who overheard what was going on and offered to open up their home for 6 of us to stay at. (We made it to our destination that night but thanks for the offer you dont get that everyday) Its good to see theres still good people out there and dont take advantage of a bad situation.
My brothers bike broke down on the interstate while we on our trip. Called this dealership, they picked him and his wife up. Went to the dealership and got him on the bike of his dreams!!! I will be buying my next bike from this dealership!!! 5 stars isn’t enough!!! Awesome people!!!
they fix my bike under warranty were Medina wouldn't so now I only use Lake Erie
