I Made a purchase of a 2010 street glide on this past Saturday, The service was great all around and would like to thank my salesman Dave Mesar for his honesty and service for ME .
I had my 2014 street glide done there and they TOTALLY over charged on labor anything they could charge for they did and my bike still wasn't finished after being on the lift over a month. If you are silly enough to go there make sure u get a number in stone if you don't you will be paying an extra $1400 dollars in labor on top of the $2900 prepaid labor like me.
A year ago I would have had a very different review...I went out of my way to go to Sandusky Harley Davidson....the employees at Erie were NOT friendly or inviting... I don't personally know what has changed...but Erie....keep it going... The girls in Motor Clothes are AWESOME!! I couldn't begin to describe how wonderful and inviting these girls are...and how much I enjoy visiting JUST BECAUSE of them!! It makes all the difference!!!
