I've been doing business with LEHD for over 10 years and bought 3 bikes from them. Owner Mike Stevens and the crew always make folks feel at home and give excellent service. If you ride a Harley or want to stop here first!

I just bought a 2016 Softail Heritage Classic from Lake Erie. It was a great experience all the way around. My sales associate, John, was helpful, but not pushy. They gave me a great deal on my new bike as well as my trade in. I was introduced to everyone on the team and they were all helpful...from parts, to service, to financing. This dealership separates themselves with superior service. I feel like I have a team that will help me with any questions or needs that I have going forward. Thanks again for your help!
So today Lake Erie Harley Davidson Service Department restored my faith in them. I came in without an appointment with a problem on my new bike. I had a bad speaker on my new audio upgrade. They diagnosed the problem, pulled a part from store stock and replaced it and had me jammin down the road in no time.
Kevin and I spent time today at Lake Erie Harley, eating,listening to music and shopping . Kelley is outstanding. She really made us feel that she cared about us. She is a first rate class act employee....thanks Kelley!
