Do not use this company. Their work habits are terrible. They blow off appointments with no excuse or rescheduling. Promise written estimates that are never delivered. Promise to email pictures, which you have to hound him for. Not sure that his two workers are even qualified to do what they are doing. Chimney inspections are woefully inadequate, overpriced, and don't exactly inspire confidence that having a fire will be safe. Work is sloppy. I had Lake Erie Chimney Sweep clean my chimney last week. When I inspected the Smoke Chamber, I noted that there was a substantial amount of creosote deposits which had not been removed. I attempted to contact them 4 X and finally spoke with a woman wo noted that they would get back with me. I have not since received any reply. I will order a chimney brush at Home Depot and do the job myself. Very disappointed in their work. Would advise anyone to say away from this firm as they are not competent.
