I wish I would have read these reviews before choosing to seek care here. Today I called for imaging results and was told that my CT looked great and was asked if I've arranged for my allergy testing. I didn't have a CT. I had an MRI for tinnitus (ringing in the ear). At no point during my appointment was allergy testing discussed, at no point have I had any allergy/sensitivity symptoms, and I was told during my appointment that my issue was likely a neurological one not an inner ear issue so allergy testing isn't appropriat... read more
I have called multiple times over the past week because I need to reschedule my appointment. The phone plays an automated message on loop for 10 minutes and then hangs up. I cannot reach an actual person at the office.
