Dr Moak did sinus ablation which helped my sinus drainage. His staff is so professional and kind. I highly recommend him for ENT care!
I arrived 30 minutes ahead of my appointment as requested to complete 8-pages of forms prior to my appointment. One of the forms is a “NO SHOW” agreement in which you agree to pay $50 if you fail to keep an appointment without 24-hours prior notice. My scheduled appointment time came and went and after I had been in the waiting room an hour, I went to the desk and asked if there was a problem. Well treated by staff and Doctors. I use Blake for my APRN and Dr. Vaught for throat, sinus and ears. Always receive excellent care and will continue with this office in Tavares.
Dr. Vaught and Blake Gelb APRN are fantastic! Personable, knowledgeable and professional! Been coming here for 3 years and never had an issue!
