Called about the recent recall on my F150 yesterday. I was offered a next day appointment to get it fixed. Took the truck in at 8am and was called just over an hour later with the news that there is no fix to this recall available yet. ?????? How did they not know this yesterday when I called about the recall, why did I have to bring my truck in and leave it for over an hour for them to call me to advise there is no fix developed for this recall yet??? Nobody offered an explanation! Terrible!
