Devon is awesome. She helped me with purchasing a vehicle for my company and was extremely helpful, nice, and funny. Really enjoyed shopping here. Would highly recommend! Update, I had issues with a vehicle. They kept it for a couple weeks to diagnose the problem. I went to pick it up and it still had the elctrical issue. They had it another week and removed the KAAR security and the issue was resolved. I was told i would refunded for the security system i paid for and was told to reach out to the manager. HAD A GREAT EXPERIANCE AT FORD LAKE ELSINORE. I TOOK MY TRUCK TO ANOTHER FORD DEALER WHICH WAS CLOSER TO MY HOUSE BUT THEIR QUOTE DIDNT SIT RIGHT WITH ME. I WENT TO FORD LAKE ELSINORE AND I PAID 1/3 OF WHAT THE OTHER FORD DEALER QUOTED. RAIDEL, SERVICE TECH, WAS CURTIOUS AND EASY TO TALK TOO. I WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK WHEN NEEDED. YOU WON MY BUSINESS.

So, A) if the car is not ready to be sold, why take appointments t... read more
Best experience with services. Had issues with a prior dealership that made the recalls needed stressful to schedule and get done. Lake Elsinore location never gave me not one issue. They picked my car up from work and brought it right back. No stress of pick up or drop off especially being a single mom with no help for rides. They checked the recalls and updates on when to go back in once parts arrive. Gave me my car back washed which was a huge plus. Hard to do working lots of hours and no time. Very polite when picking up... read more
