I HAD APPOINTMENT WITH DR. HANDOJO AND SIX MONTHS AGO WITH DR. HAO . ITS WAS A BAD EXPERIENCES AND TERRIBLE SERVICES .THEY DOESN'T WANNA TO HELPS AT ALL. . THEY JUST LOOKED AT YOU AND RUSH TO MOVE ON . THIS TWO DOCTORS DOESN'T NOT HAVE ANY SYMPATHY TO WANNA HELP THE PATIENTS ❗THE NURSE DOESN'T WANTED TO READ YOUR BLOOD RESULTS CHART TO YOU AND TREATED YOU BAD👎🏽👎🏽 DR. First praise where praise is due: For 2 years I had a wonderful Dr. (Obiocha) here, very thorough and his dx was spot on, evidenced by appropriate tests, imaging, and ruling out other possibilities. He referred me to specialists and needed services regularly. Unfortunately he was suddenly ‘no longer there.’ I literally cried. Then I’m placed with Dr.Hao. he was so incredibly rude! This is by far the worst place to go if you're serious about your health. Dr. Minqi Hao's behavior is unprofessional and concerning. His approach to patient care lacks the necessary attention and respect that one would expect from a healthcare provider. In my opinion, his license should be revoked due to his disregard for proper medical standards and his failure to offer the competent, compassionate care that patients deserve. I strongly advise against seeking treatment here if you value your well-being.
Majority of the time I've ever called the office no one answers. I'm no exaggerating out of 50 times ive called theyve only answerd 3 times. The automated machine says the mail box is full I can't even leave a message it says that every time I've never not heard that say any different. After it says it's full it says please wait for an operator then says sorry no operators are available goodbye and hangs up on me.
