Excessive Wait times but great staff
Waited for about two hours for rude nurse giving me birth control shot. I didn’t even get it because I had questions and the nurse had an attitude making me wait an hour 15 just to be seen I wouldn’t have even gotten help if I didn’t come out of the room asking where my nurse was. Gave me brochures and condoms and sent me home. I was late for work because of poor time management from the staff. (Had an appointment for 10 am didn’t leave until 11:50). All I needed was to ask questions and see what option was better for me.
Spoke with Dr Bautista she went over everything with me then we hung up and called my pharmacy and a rx was stopped when I just told her I was gonna refill that last dose then I try to get a hold of her to fix it for me and says for me to make another appointment with her like for reals u want to charge the insurance again for something that u shld have to fix from the appointment we just has and correct the mistake who want to see a doctor that's all about the money so sad
