I could write a book on my horrific experience and neck surgery ( cage with titanium plate & screws ) performed by Dr ElNaggar. I waited 7 1/2 years before agreeing to have it. I wish I had not had the surgery. He fed 1 nerve ( obviously a major functioning nerve ) back up spine to skull base incorrectly resulting in a life threatening , permanent ( literally, almost & medically should have) Rare Brain Disease ( entire frontal lobe was a huge mass called an AVM ~ Arterial Venous Malformation ~ which required 2 brain surgerie... read more
