They are managing this place unethically. This is my 3rd year here. On February 6th, I gave my move-out notice (just shy of a full 2-month notice). They said that because I did not give a full-2-month move-out notice, they are holding me responsible for rent until the end of April. I am moving out April 28th and won't even be living here at all in April. Pathetic. Reporting them to the BBB. They are money greedy sharks and don't give a crap about their renters.
Lived there for 10yrs. The last year I started complaining about the mold they decided they weren't renewing my lease and now giving me a bad reference preventing my children and I from getting a new place to live. I couldn't have been that bad if I lived there for 10 Fucking yrs. Don't Rent Here.
OMG. I lived here as a kid 33 years ago. I loved it.
Relaxing lake view, friendly neighbors, the property is always clean and well kept. Newly remodeled fitness room, convenient pool hours. Great place to live!
