never a space open. gave a 5,000 agreement away just to rid. they do have to pay maintenance fees now. thank God. rip off
My wife and I rented a lot with annual lease. The lot had a deck and was fairly nice. The lot was very small and on an incline as most of the park is on a hill. Speed limit for the park was 6 mile an hour but no one paid attention and it was not enforced. You come off our deck and you had to watch or get run over by speeding cars. They could improve by getting new management. Making the residents there follow the rules "speeding and loud vehicles" fixing the septic system so it does not run into the pond and lake. Get chairs for the pool area that are not broken. This is just a few things I observed
This is a horrible place, move on!
People there are very friendly and as far as the manager she is a wonderful person and a sweet lady. She is the reason we decided to buy a membership there.
The manager is rude and belligerent. She thinks that her crap doesn’t stink. She is very mouthy and hateful to people.
