Postural alinement therapy has been beneficial to me. I feel my posture is better. I can walk faster with less effort and pain. I feel my overall heath is better because of it. I feel better after I do the exercises everyday. I am more flexible and stay that way longer than before I started doing the exercises. I have to go to the chiropractor less and have less pain.

I had pain in my right shoulder with limited range of motion. After a couple of months following exercises recommended by Sutaya my pain decreased to the point that I could move my right arm freely . My right shoulder is not completely healed yet. I am seeing Sutaya periodically to increase the strength of my right shoulder as well as correcting my rather poor posture. Now I learn how to walk the right way.

I have seen the effects of postural alignment firsthand on Sutaya as her husband while she was a client. I then became her case study while she was getting her certificate and can attest that it truly does work. Some of my routine aches and pains I attributed to getting older have gone away since starting exercises given to me by Sutaya. This isn’t a quick fix option but if you are willing to invest 30 minutes a day a few days a week you will see changes and feel better.
