Dr Schwartz’s bedside manner is less than to be desired. Thought once he had a kid that would influence him a bit more. Boy was I wrong. As my very brave toddler was sitting compliantly in the chair having her ears cleaned out to get the tubes to fall out she cried- not an all out scream as she was trying her best to be brave as she said to the dr and even on our way to the office. My experience with Dr. Kruper has been nothing short of superb. He is intelligent, compassionate, communicative, and honest. He has treated several ear issues for me and has always been thorough and open about treatments. I wish all my doctors had his openness and bedside manner.

Dr Ben Johnson is phenomenal. Had bad luck with a different provider within this practice, but Dr Johnson was kind, patient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend Dr Johnson.
Dr. Johnson was awesome. I have been to 2 ENT in the past year, with expensive diagnostic tools and no resolution of my issue. I gave him all of my symptoms, and he knew exactly what was wrong with me. He put my nerves at easy. Good bed side manners, and let me sit there and tell him my story of what was going on with me, knowing well he probably already knew what my diagnosis was. Thankful for Dr. Johnson. Quick as well, got me in and out and was right on time. Bonus right there.
