Shady. Spoke to Brad and he stated they did not have the titles to the vehicles, that the vehicles come from an auction in Pennsylvania and that if he doesn't sell them they go back to the auction. Assured me that after I paid he could get the title. Never heard of such a thing. Buyer beware.
