The instructors bashes other schools and talks a lot of crap when talking about UTI for the automotive. The instructors are very rude. It turned me away from going to this school. I've heard so much crap about this school and how long it takes to get through your gen ED. My opinion wast of money. Found a school that you don't even need Gen ED and start your courses imminently. To much of a headache to go here.

CLC's automotive technology program offers two Associate in Applied Science degrees and 10 short-term certificates. We checked with our automotive faculty, who said that "All prospective students are welcome to schedule a visit. Reports of our rude demeanor are highly exaggerated. I love the atmosphere at the Lakeshore Campus more than the Grayslake Campus. I'm an older women choosing to go back to school and I feel comfortable there. I just wish they offered more classes at that particular location.

We are currently making some safety and beautification improvements at our Waukegan campus and look forward to the day when funding allows us to build the planned new building offering more classroom and meeting space.
