We Love everything we have gotten from Lake county Meats, so much flavor . Hooked on the pepper jerky!
Just bought some assorted brats and smoked pork chops and put them on the grill! Good Lord! A+++.
Best in this area. The meat is always fresh and flavorful anything we have gotten is excellent!! Service friendly and knowledgable. If you buy jerky get more than one pkg as it will disappear quickly!

Just the best around. Chicken Breasts are fantastic, the ribs are great. Pulled pork, can't get enough.
Had the mushroom and swiss Brats, while they were very tasty the casing was almost inedible and they were a little mushy.

Vincent- So I looked at my smoke charts and schedules, tried to figure out what day the Brats you bought were made, just guessing but we figured October 24th, or November 1st. Tried the Mushroom Swiss from November 1 batch, as the Oct. 24 ones were all sold out, pan fried them in a shot of water, they were very good, tender casing and had the "snap" that they are supposed to have, then we grilled them, same result over a medium fire.
