Lake Cook Pest Control has been a great company! We have yellow jackets in our fireplace, they responded to me by text on a Sunday and asked me to text pictures. Kristan came the following day and is very nice and professional. We are very happy with their attentiveness!
I texted with the owner of this service and shared pictures and videos of our situation. He was incredibly responsive and quick to reply, and even offered suggestions to try on my own before I spent a lot of money on professional services. If I’m not able to solve the issue myself, I’ll definitely be back to Lake Cook Pest to help me problem-solve!

This heartless monster even went as far to make fun of her religion which is uncalled for. He repeatedly just kept saying “I’ll pray for you” like it’s funny or something. I have a RING camera that shows the company truck parking in front of her house and le... read more
