I am very happy with the work completed by the Lake City team, particularly the owner Dan. He came to evaluate a problem with one of our AC units and diagnosed a problem that had been incorrectly diagnosed by another contractor. Dan also suggested adjustments to some duct work that had been done poorly. Dan and his team came today to repair the AC unit and reroute ductwork. Danny from Lake City Services came and replaced a weak capacitor and provided some refrigerant for quite a bit less than other AC service companies had quoted. Lots less. All finished up in an hour. Fantastic company!
