James took exceptional care of our home when we had water damage. I would recommend them without reservation each and every time. Communication was excellent and I feel they went above and beyond to help us with insurance.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. We had a fire back in January 19 2024. Restoration just got done a month ago with our home that has many code violations. They left wires from the dryer vent hookup down by the floor and we have 4 small children under the age of 5. The ceiling is now cracking along with a current leak in one spot that has carried to 4 other spots that they said they took care of. Their is still visible smoke damage / soot on my daughters ceiling that they said was cleaned ( obviously not )... read more
James was very helpful when we had unwanted water in our home. Thanks to him we were able to get everything all dried up without having to pull up our flooring! Thanks James!
