I called asking if they were accepting new patients. The woman who answered the phone told me no. And then, because she was so bothered by my phone call, she told me to check the website because they post if they are there. As if I was supposed to magically know that. I’m so sorry my phone call offended you.
Emmalee is the best PCP I have ever had. She has taken the time to get to know me as a person and look at my health in a holistic way. I appreciate her help over the years!
Lake city use to be the vest place to go, but every since my dr has left it has gone down hill. My husband went to the ER on Sunday and they said to follow up with primary care dr. I called the next day and they said it has been noted and someone will call you. Well still no call. You call and they say they will call you and don't. They need to bring the best dr back!!! Very sad. I don't want to have to start all over again for him.
