YOU DON'T WANT TO LIVE HERE!!!! Roaches, mold, rude management. Poor communication. The new maintenance supervisor is condescending af.
I was only living there for 3 weeks and found roaches in my apartment. It took them a month to send pest control. I ask to break my lease with no fee after being there for 3 weeks they refused. Now there charging me a 4,000.00 fee because I broke my lease anyways. They apartments are nasty. DONT MOVE IN THERE
Management is great!!! Manager is super detailed on making sure building looks good and clean!!! Mainteance guy always with a smile and very helpful when i moved in!!! Cant find many managers that care like Paula does i give a five star to LC park place
Amazing place to live . They have parking underground & the office absolutely beautiful people! They actually care about the people whom reside there! We have a lady by the name of. Paula & she gives her heart and soul to this place! There is no crime! And she is always available 24/7 . We couldn’t have chosen a better and safer place to live! I had a great experience here! The one time I had a maintenance problem they had someone there same day and everyone was very gracious and friendly through my stay here. They were also super on top of keeping the building safe, clean, and secure. I am a single woman living alone and never once felt unsafe. 5/5 stars because I’d recommend this place to anyone!
