THIS IS A SECOND CHANCE APT COMPLEX I had trouble finding an apartment that would rent to me as I have felonies (DWI) I am happy to "put-up" with a few oddities, as I had no choice- literally.
Yes the manager is bipolar 100% and also the Front desk lady is just a seat holder she doesn't know anything and never reports any problems, and the neighbors are nice for the most part but all a little off... Not a great place I currently live here.
