Bout a car from them they said everything had been checked out and everything was good on it. First day overheated, took it in. Next drive over heated. Took it to get the oil changed. They told me motor mounts where shot, still has coolant leaks, tie rods are loose. Call Toyota and was told it had been more than 30 days, no loaner and it's on me to have fixed. Worst car buying experience! Stay clear of this place!
Always excellent customer care. I know when they are servicing my Toyota Tundras they take the utmost care and ensure the work 100 percent.
Ok, right off the bat my experience was pleasant. Came all the way from NOLA and told the dealership that I wanted to get everything done before hand. and aside from my signature everything was ready when I arrived. Once we started on the paperwork it took us 15 minutes. The car was as described and the dealership never felt pushy. Our Salesman was a good salesman that never felt too pushy. (Uncommon and nice). I had a very disappointing experience at Toyota Lake Charles. I needed to replace two tires and one wheel. Before the work was done, I received a phone call quoting me $908.52 before tax. I still have the voicemail as proof of the quoted price. However, when it was time to pay, I was charged $1,168.55 before tax instead. That’s a difference of more than $260 from the original quote.
