Dropped in for small issue. One of the black clips under my fender had fallen out and I had a piece of undercarriage rubbing on my tire. So I look and saw that it needed a clip. I asked if they could possibly just pop in a clip for me so I can be on my way and you wouldn't take more than 10 minutes of their time and I was told they were too busy to do something like that I had to have an appointment.
