I recently went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and while this was done in a timely manner, there were a couple things I was slightly displeased with. when I got back in my car I noticed something I had left sitting in passenger seat was thrown into the backseat. then I discovered a couple of things from my glove box on floor below it. I recently went to the Toyota service center for a diagnostic appointment and honestly had a very disappointing experience. Before I came in, I called and specifically asked if the diagnostic would be free for McNeese students and was told that it would be, but after everything was done I was charged the full price anyway. I wouldn’t have minded paying if I had been told upfront, but being told it was free and then getting charged felt misleading. I hope the Toyota Lake Charles owner reads this before it is deleted. I have never been more frustrated with any Service Department. 12 days with a rental simply because staff doesn’t communicate, return phone calls, answer phone calls, or seek information. Very disappointed with the staff, other than the Service Manager who did help me after I exhausted myself trying to get something accomplished with the staff. If I were the SM or GM, I would be replacing several people. Good luck.
