It was very smooth and easy, especially because I had my online reservation email and insurance declaration with me printed, so they were able to pull up my info and finish the process quickly and efficiently. The two employees in the front office were kind and knowledgeable! :D Do keep in mind that they don't provide you a free lock, so make sure you bring one or buy one for $22 in their office :)
