I went in 2 months ago to have my 22 outlander serviced for coolant disappearing. They stated it was a broken thermostat. I was told the system was down so I couldn’t get a quote. I called, several times a week for over a month. I would get the same response “ we will call you back” I even had the GM say they will call me back. I never got a call back.
