I've been in the waiting room for 2 hours in excruciating pain.
This hospital experience was one of the worst ever, from the GI doctor, to the hematologist, the rheumatologist, and then the cardiologist. The radiology department is really the only decent experience, just because the employees were pleasant, but whoever reads the imaging missed some crucial information. Thank the heavens for out of town doctors, who have caught this cancer that the hematologists and cardiologist here missed, and are in the process of saving my family member's life, we hope, if it's not too late. I took my grandson to the ER twice this month with a headache. They gave him Motrin and a Popsicle the first time. They did a CT scan the second time with no blood work again. A few days later, he is having not one, but two brain surgeries that could have been avoided. All of his labs were abnormal and no doctor here at Memorial took the time to just run the labs. This is only the beginning of my complaint.
