Went there for a sickness and the hospital was amazing. We are older people and we had to use valet and they were very polite. Also the nurses are very nice and gave me what I needed to feel better.
The nurses and drs in the er are very friendly and I felt very welcomed here.
Well I arrived at the ER around 7:30 this evening and unfortunately I am still here at 2:43 am. I have been sitting and waiting on a doctor to lmk my results since 11:22 pm. My original nurse Gabrielle was absolutely amazing!! Most of the staff were very nice but I seen a lot of unprofessionalism. The conversations that were had and even overheard them speaking about other patients freely and loudly at the desk. I don't want to get into the details but about a month ago I had to go to the ER. They were very quick to admit me but once I was taken to the back things changed quickly. Let just say they were very unprofessional and you could tell that they just didn't want to be there and that we were a burden on them. Upon leaving the ER, I took the weekend to think about the experience and decided to file a formal complaint. This something I rarely do but in this case I felt it was warranted.
