We recently had care provided by Lake Centre for my father after his open heart surgery . The staff from start to finish was fantastic!! Everyone that came out was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. I wouldn't have my family go anywhere else !!
My 93 year old father was supposed to receive nursing and rehab care from this company. This was after three weeks in hospital. The assistant nurse director took up her self to decide that he did not need nursing help contrary to the recommendaiton of his doctor. Upon hearing from a third party that the patient was critical of their rehap nuse, they refused to give any more help. Great staff. Excellent service. They were very attentive to my dad's needs. He can be a little dramatic and they treated him with nothing but kindness and patience. Steve and Ashley were always very informative and answered all my questions about his care. I would give 10 stars if I could. This place is great.
First few home visits were fine. Initial visit by John was excellent. We thought he would continue my husband's care. Surprisingly, Brittany showed up the next day's session She was fine until she coped an attitude because she had too many clients the day before a holiday and didn't get back to us to schedule my husband's sessions.
