Ok so I haven’t lived here but I just want to say that the mice infestation reviews and lack of AC reviews has already turned me off. The 2nd thing is that the apartments have been renovated and it’s not reflected on the facebook page. If you can’t upgrade pictures on a freaking facebook account, I definitely don’t think you can handle maintenance requests. It’s all about perception. They don’t even respond to the reviews. At least let people know that you are working diligently to resolve the issues that appear to be common... read more

It's a awesome place to live office staff are great the have a very great repour with everyone I've lived here for about 4 years I'm not moving until I'm buying a house clean and quiet maintenance staff is awesome as well it's like one big family they really care about their residents alot you can't go wrong with this location ���

I have lived in waterstone place for almost 6 years and I love it. The apartment managers are friendly and they know me by name. I love the events that they put on for the residents. The ground maintence crew are friendly and they take pride in how the complex look. I am proud to call this home. My work orders are filled with in a day. Waterstone Place is the place the live!!!!!!!!!!
