Very poor manners, never listened to patient nor family member concerns. Will never recommend him or any of the nursing staff. Always delayed by 40-45 minutes getting into the room always felt rushed after the doctor walking in late to always nothing getting done to canceling appointments without notification.
I’ve never had a doctor so caring and concerned as Dr Lake. My husband and I drove 600 miles from Florida for an appointment with Dr Lake because I called his office, told them the symptoms and severe pain I was in, they immediately made an appointment for me as soon as I could get there. From the time I got there, I had an appointment, surgery and an answer for my symptoms. My diagnosis wasn’t what I wanted to hear, but I was in the best hands that could have delivered it. I am long time patient of Doctor Lakes. I keep coming back to him because he and his staff are very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Doctor Lake always has time to talk to me and never makes me feel rushed.
I visited Dr Lake, had prostate issues, and had been to see other urologists. Dr Lake was very patient, and professional, answered all my questions, and has now taken care of my prostate issue. He is now my urologist. I would recommend him to anyone with any urological issues.
I left a review back in September and nothing has changed, everything is awesome. I am having surgery with Dr. Lake in November. I met with him yesterday for the pre surgery appointment. I can confidently say I feel very comfortable with Dr. Lake and have all the confidence in him.
Dr Lake listens and is well informed in his responses. Offered pros and cons to multiple alternative scenarios including some I was unaware of, along with recommendations when necessary. This review is not just regarding this visit, but all visits to Dr Lake AND his staff.
Very courteous and friendly staff. Dr. Lake has a great bedside manner and explains your problem and treatment well.
I have been seeing Dr Lake since March due to bladder cancer. Dr Lake makes me feel at ease and seems like I have known him forever. I never feel rushed or there is nothing we can’t talk about. Not only is he great his staff is just as caring and compassionate as he is. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone in need of a great urologist.
Went for checkup and Dr Lake was very proficient in finding the tiniest evidence of cancer. He and his wonderful staff will take care of the next steps.
