Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was confusing to find the building, but I eventually found it. We were there early for the appointment, but they were running at least 45 minutes late. That was rather frustrating!

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Was this provider's office clean? It was satisfactory

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
