Bad News They charge you for parts (non-refundable) before you get there. They are rude, Call Auto Zone cheaper and really polite.
Ms They tell you they have parts over the phone, you get there and they tell another thing they are so rude it isn't even funny. This is my third experience. Each time it was a bad experience and this will be the last time I deal with them.

Great PLACE TO GET SCREWED!!! DON"T EVER GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!! THEY ARE RUDE, LIE AND RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND DIDN"T HONOR THEIR OWN WARRENTY.... Lake Auto Parts is Rotten to the Core This was the rudest junk yard I have ever called. I can't believe how terribly rude the employee's were. My friend and I were getting quotes for my Honda Accord's Passenger side window. He got a quote for $250.00 for the door. I called back not more than an hour later and the gentleman told me, "Yeah, that's what I quoted him. I'm quoting 275.00 for you." I was appalled. Repeatedly poor experience The problem with Lake Auto is they don't realize they sell junk. They charge 50% of what an OEM part costs. This isn;t a bad deal for parts that are only available OEM. However, any part you can buy at Advanced Auto or NAPA with be 50% off OEM anyway, and new to boot. Fenders, Seats, distributors, don't expect to find a deal here. Lake Auto Parts/ Junk Yard Lake auto parts is actually a junk yard. They are reasonably priced, when you call for a price on a part they will give you 2 prices. One price is if you go and take part off car. The other price is if they need to go and get it off the car. They are conveniently located. They have been around for many of years.
