Just wanted to say how much we've appreciated the care our guy Humphrey has been getting at LABAH! He's an old guy now and I appreciate that it's been easy to schedule appointments right away when he's not feeling his best. Also, I'm grateful for the online prescription ordering, since he's now on regular arthritis meds. Thanks!
The level of ability and knowledge varies greatly among the staff and communication skills are very weak office wide. Okay at best for run-of-the-mill care like immunizations, but overall terrible at diagnosing issues. The veterinarians on duty often misdiagnosed the problem that needed treatment, and would fight me when I would request an appropriate action or test. Dr Spitz and the entire team at Lake Austin Blvd Animal Hospital have given my dog Spaulding and our kitties tip top care and treated us like family. Spaulding in particular has required extensive care - he's diabetic, blind, has thyroid and various other issues that make him difficult to regulate. LABAH has been there for us every step of the way, in every emergency. And, in happier times, they've made Spauld a welcome guest.
