Dr. Buttross has been amazing to me and my family, and as I continue to see others at Lake Area Psychiatry, they’re all just as incredible. The office staff never ceases to do everything they can to help me with insurance issues, payments, scheduling, and so on. I’ve never been to any healthcare office that takes care of me as a patient like they do.
Never saw the doctor the entire time I was forced to stay in the “Tenth Tower!” Staff was horrible! They kept threatening to put everyone in the isolation room. They wrote slanderous lies in my report calling me a racist when they were the ones acting in the most unprofessional manner. I would NEVER recommend this facility nor doctor who cares nothing about anything but money.
Dr Buttross is such a blessing to me and my family. He treats you as he were treating a family member. He listens attentively, cares deeply for his patients. He takes his time and doesn't make you feel like your just a number. He is a doctor I highly recommend !
Dr. Buttross takes a personal interest in his patients and is genuinely concerned with their care and well being. He treats you with respect and as if you were a family member or friend.
