Very compassionate & knowledgeable.
My husband loves Russell Richard as his therapist and the front desk girls have always been kind to us, but Angie(the woman who takes payment) is the most condescending and unpleasant woman I've had the displeasure of speaking to in a very long time. Someone should let her know if she is going to continue to work in the mental health field, she should try being less condescending and miserable to patients/family.
