I've been renting at Lake Arbor Towers for two years now and I am still as pleased with this property and the wonderful staff as if it was MOVE-IN Day. I am in love with my 2 bed , 2 full bathroom unit, my amazing view of the lake is so relaxing. I admire how professional and friendly the office staff are, Mr. Charles and Ms. D have truly been amazing. The property is CLEAN , I don't have a rodent issue , great parking and maintenance handles work orders expeditiously! PROUD RESIDENT 🥳

I applied for an apartment at Lake Arbor Tower on February 9 and never heard a single word from them. No emails, no calls, no voicemails—nothing. Yet now when I reached out to them on February 26, they refuse to return my holding fee, falsely claiming they tried reaching out. Their lack of communication and refusal to take responsibility speaks volumes about how they operate.
