House was dirty when we got there, there was a kitchen garbage pail near the back door with 2 bloated dead mice and a dead bird nearby as well. Ad stated house slept 6-10, but really only slept 6 on old, gross mattresses. All couches were well worn, ripped and stained. Shocked that a realty company would back such a place.
