The staff was very friendly and compassionate. However, the physician was another story. Dr. Anthony Martinez had the worst bedside manner of any physician I have ever dealt with. He lacked compassion and empathy and spoke to me like I was beneath him and that It was a complete inconvenience for him to even treat me. He needs to retire or go in to a role where he has zero patient interaction.
This is the absolute worst location!! None of the staff work like they have a job to accomplish. They dont care how long sick patients have to wait. They walk around talking to each other like there is nothing to do while there is a list 12 people long waiting to be seen. It is a sorry excuse for patient care. When you have patients to see you should have some pep in your step not walking around like there is nobody waiting. This location needs new management ASAP!!!!!

this location is crap. Takes hours to be seen. Yesterday I went in coughing, sneezing, ears popping, sore throat, etc mr Martinez sends me home telling me nothing is wrong it is viral go take some over the counter medicine refuse to test me for strep etc. I knew something was wrong so I went to my primary doctor this morning and I have a double ear infection and positive for strep throat. I hope he enjoys my insurance money. Sad
Horrible the wait is crazy I’m freaking pissed off to no end
Took my 9yr old there today and was lied to about them checking her for the flu. What they didn’t realize is I’m a nurse for an internal medicine clinic and I do flu test all day. Then we find out she’s positive for the flu. Thanks LAH once again you’ve went out of your way to treat your patient.
I wouldn't even give these people a 1. Check in was great, but the nurse in the back taking vitals and asking about symptoms is one of the rudest people I've EVER met. If you don't like your job or cant even show the slightest respect for patients in general, you need to quit!
