Yesterday my sweetie and I went for drinks and our favorite appetizer -the coconut shrimp -because we had a late breakfast and we weren’t very hungry. It was so hot out but we sat at the outside bar anyway. There was a slight breeze and with the frosty beverages and the amazing view we didn’t seem to mind it all that much. The place was nice, the food was good but our server was horrible. He was running inside, outside and being a bartender. Our meal took 3.5 hours because he was so slow, he forgot the utensil to crack open s lobster, had to be reminded it was supposed to come with with potatoes and corn. Made 3 mistakes on the bill. Just goes to show how a server can ruin the whole experience
I made reservations for Father’s Day. When we arrived I was expecting a special menu or at least the dinner menu. They had no speacials of any kind and they served the lunch menu. The service was great! Food was good but I would suggest on holidays to make the menu special and not the normal.
Love this place and even more so today. Mary our server was exceptional!
I had the Cuban chorizo burger..the burger was luke warm and the cheese on top was ice cold as were the sweet potato fries. I didn’t send it back as I had to catch a flight in Fort Myers... I will say, our waitress Ashley was probably the best waitress I’ve ever had...and the view was outstanding.
We were very pleased when we tried this great place. The parking, the elevator, the seating we're all great. Plus the food selection is amazing.
Great view was not a busy afternoon the service outside was lacking The Moskow mule was not served in the proper mug the second tropical cocktail was much better great food
Well, we were seated and asked for a minute to discuss drinks and we thought the waitress forgot about us. She didn't introduce herself so I have no idea what her name was. We only saw her when she brought drinks and gave us the bill. Which wasn't ours. It was for the table behind us !! Someone else brought the food out. I did ask for a pitcher of water when she walked by. The food was excellent though.
