Once this dealership had my money, they disappeared. They were quick to respond when selling me the car and upselling me over $5,000 in extra coverage—but the moment I needed help, I was ignored. I called six times, left messages for HR, finance, and service, emailed, and even used the chatbot on their website. Was working on a deal on a Passat. Agreement. Credit run, licensing taken care of, got the insurance for it. Then informed that they sold it the day before and wasted my time. Fantastic, will be reporting to Kansas State licensing board.
Worst experience in 50 years of car ownership. Gave me a price. I trippled checked it before i came. Then when i got here they raised it by 11x after driving an hour to get there! Yes thats a 1100% increase. Do not go here! Not trustworthy people. Apparently don't really know Mazdas.
I purchased a new truck, 2024 King Ranch and at less then 4000 miles I have an error code displaying. I have had it to Topeka Noller two different days and was told by their Service Manager, Bryan F****, to proceed to drive it, nothing was wrong; “we just don’t know how to get rid of the code.” I was told by “Oscar” they were going to contact Corporate to see how to turn the code off. This is a terrible Ford dealership, both the Lawrence and Topeka kansas locations. Sales manager and finance managers are scumbags. Went to purchase a $37,000 used f150. Salesman comes back with a offer sheet with an $11,000 down payment and $1100 a month for 60 months without asking for a credit score or running my credit. For those who are interested in math. $1100×60= $66000 + $11,000. That's 77,000 dollars for a 37000 dollar truck before the finance scumbag trys to sell me a extended warranty. My daughter took her car there to fix a recall on it which was causing her car to stall when driving. They said they fixed her care but it stalled again after she picked it up. they now say they just calibrated it then they said they never saw her yet she has the receipt. Call the manager and left a message with no return call. we have a scheduled appointment in olathe to have it fixed which Ford in topeka never fixed the recall.

our car is currently there no contract for work signed they just started replacing what they said was wrong instead of them not knowing what was wrong they gave a price of 1,000 today they wanted 900 dollars more dashboar was lighting up said there was no power
Do not get your vehicle service here or at any LN location. Use deceitful and predentary upsell practices on those that don't know much about cars. They do not communicate effectively then use that gray area to act like it was all ok. Digital appointment making for service is open ended and incomplete so if you make the appt and someone else goes to pick up vehicle they use that gray area to take advantage and say service was all agreed upon.
