I moved here from out of state, and honestly, I love the location of the apartment building, and the building is well-maintained. The building is older; it seems like these are original doors, door frames, and light fixtures. The laundry room is accessible from 8 am to 11 pm with an app to use instead of coins. The size of the apartments are roughly 200ft studio, which is enough to fit beds (fulls or twins), desks, bookshelves, or other compact furniture items. We are so glad we don't live there anymore (moved out 4 years ago). we felt scammed, mistreated and ignored by the management (specially owner Troy), the common area was dirty but, most important of all we felt unsafe. Lots of shady characters moved in, super thin and moldy windows too. We once reported a tree hadbroken and become unstable overnight but they did nothing, the next day the tree fell and broke a gas line and the in the building had to be evacuated.
