I had a biopsy done on something taken off my arm. I specifically asked that my biopsies be sent to Quest - who our insurance company says we have to use. Actually mentioned it many times. About a month ago I get a bill from another lab for about $120-150. Amazing. If Quest had been used there would be no additional payment - now I owe more money. Disastrous. My wife and I had an appointment to see Dr. Laini Gaar. After an hour or so in the waiting area, we were advised that Dr. Gaar was not in the office but was in surgery. No one at ADVANCE DERMATOLOGY made an attempt to call or advise my wife and I about Dr. Gaar's absence for our appointment made several weeks ago.
