Dr. Garr is truly an individual who cares about her patients.
Dr. Gaar's is and remains extremely involved in my unique situation with my skin. She is more than excellent as a dermatologist.

Disastrous. My wife and I had an appointment to see Dr. Laini Gaar. After an hour or so in the waiting area, we were advised that Dr. Gaar was not in the office but was in surgery. No one at ADVANCE DERMATOLOGY made an attempt to call or advise my wife and I about Dr. Gaar's absence for our appointment made several weeks ago. Dr. Garr is the best dermatologist I have experienced in my 79 years. She is thorough, caring and keeps the patient informed on findings. She has an outstanding "bedside manner" and truly cares about her patients.
