After struggling with the worst lower back pain I’ve ever felt for 48 hours, I finally gave in and made an appointment. I got in the same day and I am so grateful! Dr. Adams was gentle and informative about what was causing my pain. She gave me plenty of tips for working out and most importantly, she reduced my pain down to near zero. I’ll definitely be returning for regular visits!
